Two things make a restaurant; great food and superior service. Forget what anyone else tells you; those two things will make or break a restaurant. You can have a less than ideal location, long lines, high prices or other things which can distract, interrupt or shake the mood and all that gets lost when the service is memorable and the food is great. This has been the case for all my favorite restaurants. At my newest favorite restaurant, Le Jardin du Roi, in Chappaqua, New York this is also true. Read full article.
